This is something that I plan on getting done. I think it looks freakin' SWEET.
They cut your ear and then sew it together so when it heals you have an elfy ear! I got permission from my work to do it too. I guess this is actually considered a plastic surgery rather than a body mod in the policy books.
You have any info to share on them? I'm having a hell of a time finding someone who can/will do it.

Well its better then a boob job i guess lol. I don't know anything about it personally. My guess would be you would have to search for a piercer who does it. Then get the names of people he has done it for and talk to them and looks at pics of there ears. Or you may have to go to a plastic surgeon and talk to them.
