Kill Mickey Mouse! Satan Soldier, Says Saudi Cleric

A Saudi sheik has declared Disney animated icon Mickey Mouse a soldier of Satan who should be killed in all cases.

Islamic cleric Muhammad al-Munajid, a former diplomat who once served at the Saudi Embassy in Washington, said during an interview with al-Majd Television that Islamic law declares the mouse as a repulsive, corrupting creature and he condemned cartoons that glorify rodents, including Mickey Mouse, Ynetnews reported Tuesday.


Mmmm...yeah.
I seem to recall that during Gulf War I the Iraqis were blaring propaganda over PA speakers, warning soldiers that, while they were there fighting, movie stars like Bart Simpson were busy at home sleeping with their wives.
All that oil money and neither a TV nor a computer with which to get a clue about Western pop culture!

Is he going to be really traditional and suggest that we kill these evil rodents by hitting them with frying pans, or dropping pianos on them, or maybe using sticks of dynamite with "ACME" written on the side...

Obviously an ACME anvil is required
